摘要: Numerous basic and clinical studies have clearly identified that reactive oxygen species (ROS, i.e., H2O2, O2-, OH) has a major role in the development of cardiovascular diseases. However, we still no strong therapeutic strategy for benefits antioxidant administration. One potential reason those could be crucial ROS intracellular signaling pathways is important vascular functions very low concentration. contributes to physiology pathology vasculature, but precise molecular regulations remain elusive. The mechanism how excessive (oxidative stress) deteriorate function promote diseases not been elucidated. Cyclophilin A (CyPA) studied as multifunctional protein upregulated variety inflammatory conditions, such rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune disease, cancer. CyPA classified an immunophilins including signaling, trafficking, regulating other proteins. Besides functions, revealed secreted molecule pathological system. emerged biomarker mediator disease.
