摘要: Summary Prolonged surgical anaesthesia in the dog was induced with propofol (6.5 ± 1.3 mg/kg) followed by alfentanil (25.5 5 μg/kg) (mean 1 sd) and maintained a continuous infusion of (0.14 to 0.18 mg/kg/min) (2 3 μg/kg/min). Neuromuscular blockade produced vecuronium (0.1 mg/kg). After induction propofol, administration dogs which had received no pre-anaesthetic medication cardiac arrest apnoea. Administration atropine intravenously immediately prior prevented these depressant effects. The effect not as severe second group thiopentone. commencing anaesthetic regime establishment IPPV, blood pressure heart rate remained stable during remaining 4 6 h period anaesthesia. Recovery from smooth uneventful. effects on respiration consciousness were reversed rapidly nalbuphine (10 mg total dose). recovery integration post operative analgesia attained reversal make this an attractive for major surgery dogs, provided that facilities IPPV are available.
