摘要: Ca2+ released through the release channel triggers muscle contraction. The in sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) of striated muscles is referred to as ryanodine receptor (RyR), and so named because its binding ability open state with a high affinity ryanodine.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Three genetically distinct isoforms (RyR1-3) are identified mammals: RyR1 primary isoform skeletal muscle, RyR2 cardiac RyR3 ubiquitously expressed, although minuscule amount. In non-mammalian vertebrate muscles, e.g., chicken, frog, fish, two α- β-RyR expressed almost equal amounts. Further studies show that homologs RyR3, respectively, much degenerated disappears adult mammalian except diaphragm soleus.2,5,6
