摘要: The purpose of this work is to study the survival curve Atlas hip prostheses (acetabular insert) implanted by a single surgeon and with minimum follow-up period 10 years. Between January 1989 December 1995, 297 ATLAS cups have been at Clinic Saint Andre in Reims, 171 II non coated hydroxyapatite 126 III which had coating. Non-parametric curves calculated using actuarial method. rate global series (coated or hydroxyapatite) only considering revisions relation acetabulum (polyethylen wear, malpositions...) was 90% years 85.5% 15 It more satisfactory for coating: 92.3% 88.4% 14 years; result confirms merits surface treatment external wall. revision polyethylen wear lower (3%). At maximum time 17 years, not any mobilization insert cup case metallosis reported.
