摘要: The Atlas cup (1) is a press-fit acetabular component (fig. 1). It consists of hemispherical shell made titanium alloy (TiA16V4) with split in the lower part to provide elasticity. very thin (2.5mm), so as allow maximal thickness polyethylene (PE) be inserted. first cups this pattern, used between July 1987 and December 1989, were grit-blasted did not have hydroxyapatite (HA) coating.
