Étude de l’incidence de l’ostéolyse acétabulaire après implantation d’une cupule Atlas™. À propos de 217 prothèses à plus de 13 ans de recul

摘要: Resume L’osteolyse periprothetique represente le principal mode d’echec des arthroplasties totales de hanche. L’incidence l’osteolyse acetabulaire apres implantation d’une cupule Atlas™ est anormalement importante a 13 ans recul moyen. Notre serie retrospective regroupe 217 cupules sans ciment elastiques fente posees consecutivement entre janvier 1993 et juin 1995, revues cliniquement et radiographiquement au moyen 13,1 ans. ete 16 %, principale cause changements, survenant en moyenne 8,8 ans. La survie actuarielle globale 76 % 13,5 ans, 81 % lorsque l’evenement retenu etait une reprise pour osteolyse periprothetique. L’analyse univariee retrouvait un lien significatif geodique usure (p  Niveau preuve Retrospectif, niveau IV.
