摘要: High paclitaxel production (26 mg l−1) was achieved through the intermittent feeding of 3, 1, and 2% (w/v) sucrose at days 0, 7, 21, respectively, to a suspension culture Taxus chinensis cells. Intermittent feedings 1 maltose 7 increased up 67 l−1.
