摘要: The absorption spectrum of the aqueous solution acridine orange (AO)-poly–(D-glutamic acid) (PDGA) complex at pH 4.5 (helix form) did not show any wavelength shift, but 7.5 (coil changed to curve helix form by compression up 4500 atm. ionization degree PDGA estimated from electric conductivity was a value about 5.3%. entropy formation titration data 1 and 30°C. negative −2.98 e.u. It will be concluded in this report that volume change for coil could positive AO–PDGA complexes.
