摘要: Abstract Although the discomfort or injury associated with whole-body vibration cannot be predicted directly from power absorbed during exposure to vibration, may contribute understanding of biodynamics involved in such responses. From measurements force and acceleration at seat, feet, backrest, these three locations was calculated for subjects sitting four postures (feet hanging, maximum thigh contact, average minimum contact) both without a rigid vertical backrest while exposed magnitudes (0.125, 0.25, 0.625, 1.25 m s−2 rms) random fore-and-aft vibration. The by body supporting seat surface when there no showed peak around 1 Hz another between 3 4 Hz. Supporting back decreased low frequencies but increased high frequencies. Foot support influenced magnitude frequency peaks spectra as well total power. are consistent backrests being beneficial detrimental
