摘要: Concept mapping served as the starting point for aim of capturing comprehensive structure construct 'health literacy.' Ideas about health literacy were generated by 99 experts and resulted in 105 statements that subsequently organized 27 an unstructured card sorting. Multidimensional scaling was applied to sorting data a two three-dimensional solution computed. The three dimensional used subsequent cluster analysis concept map nine "clusters": (1) self-regulation, (2) self-perception, (3) proactive approach health, (4) basic numeracy skills, (5) information appraisal, (6) search, (7) care system knowledge acting, (8) communication cooperation, (9) beneficial personality traits. Subsequently, this developing "qualitative" structural model questionnaire measurement literacy. On basis data, "quantitative" created first applying exploratory factor analyses (EFA) then cross-validating with confirmatory (CFA). proved be highly valuable tool process building up translational research "real world".
