摘要: Abstract A new surgical technique with a hand-held laser is proposed as an adjunct for coronary revascularization. High intensity light energy from carbon dioxide may be used to cut atherosclerotic plaques, relieve stenosis, and reopen totally occluded arteries. The recent development of small, portable CO2 provides practical tool treatment diffuse atherosclerosis.
