Green Synthesis of Carbon Dots from Grapefruit and Its Fluorescence Enhancement

摘要: In this study, undoped carbon quantum dots (UCQDs, UCQDs-peel) and N-doped (NCQDs) were prepared by a facile one-pot environmentally friendly hydrothermal method using grapefruit as sources in the absence presence of area, respectively. The structure, morphology, fluorescence properties three samples characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), photoluminescence (PL). It was found that types CQDs could emit blue with different intensities when irradiated ultraviolet light. Compared to luminescence UCQDs, NCQDs, UCQDs-peel, it can be seen intensity NCQDs strongest due NH C-N bonds.
