摘要: The invention concerns the identification of proteomes biological fluids and their use in determining state maternal/fetal conditions, including maternal conditions fetal origin, chromosomal aneuploidies, diseases associated with growth maturation. In particular, proteome amniotic fluid (multiple proteins representing composition fluid) correlation characteristic changes normal, various pathologic such as intra-amniotic infection, or defects.
