Structural and conductivity properties of K doped Ba4Ca2Nb2O11 (BCN) complex perovskite for energy applications

摘要: Abstract Developing new proton and oxide ion conducting material with better stability is of great importance for the performance enhancement devices energy related applications. In this work Ba 1−x K x (Ca 0.5 Nb )O 2.75−δ (x = 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 1) complex perovskites were synthesised through solid state reaction route. The XRD patterns calcined samples showed formation single phase double perovskite structure having favourable crystal lattice oxygen vacancies achieving enhanced conductivity. investigated doped BCN 25% dopant concentration exhibited both higher total conductivity when compared to undoped perovskite. This in suggested be due increase number on doping. These results are encouraging considering
