摘要: Abstract The novel perovskite-type oxyfluorides Ba 4 − 0.5 x In 2 Zr O 11 −  F (  ≤ 0.3) were synthesized and their structure (X-ray, infrared spectroscopy), thermal properties, hydration behavior electrical properties have been investigated. These phases are capable of dissociative dissolution water can exhibit proton transport. Electrical conductivity measured with varying T in dry (pH O = 4.5 · 10 − 4  atm) wet O = 1.42 · 10 − 2 atmospheres. It was established that small − -concentrations improve conductivities.
