摘要: To understand the formation of core-shell structure in BaTiO3 (BT) grains multilayer ceramic capacitors, specimens were prepared with BT powders mixed Y and Mg, their microstructures investigated terms scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffractometry, transmission microscopy. Compared to without addition additives inhibited growth grains. Microstructural investigation showed that dissolved easily lattice a certain depth inside grain whereas Mg tended stay at boundaries rather than be incorporated into BT. It was considered case proper ratio, could play dominant role shell leading slight dissolution shell. Next, effects ball-milling condition on studied. As period increased, milled did not show significant change size distribution but an increase residual strain which attributed milling damage. The damage facilitated increased portion and, turn, deteriorating dielectric property.
