摘要: Abstract Background: For laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), the use of spinal anesthesia may offer several advantages over general anesthesia. The aim this prospective, randomized study was to compare surgical outcome LC performed under that Methods: Sixty patients were randomly assigned either SALC (spinal group, 30 patients) or GALC group (general patients). Intraoperative events related anesthesia, postoperative complications, and pain scores recorded. Patient satisfaction as anesthetic technique received assessed 2 weeks postoperatively by direct patient questionnaire.
