摘要: The tool overhang length affects deflection and chatter that should be reduced for machined surface quality, productivity long life. shortest setting algorithm uses a safe space is proposed applied with simulation software in NC machining. the coordinate fixed computed by virtual machining system simulates stock model, model code. optimal assembly has largest diameter possible using space. This been over fifty companies rigid setting. collision accident between holder was from 3 to 0 year incensed about 15% faster feed rate acceptable shorten length.
