摘要: Taking into consideration individuals’ cognitive reasoning, and assuming that consumption of organic food has involved a change mind about experiences habits, we have identified the concepts, stories theories mentioned by respondents in their discourses food. Regular consumers trust products because they believe are healthier tastier than any other product. A growing stock information supports choice confidence Occasional strong beliefs better taste higher quality general. Non users sometimes perceive as new fashion, last fad. Organic is still confused with close ‘substitutes’, such ‘natural’, ‘macrobiotic’ similar products. Many occasional regular somewhat obsessed look behave strangely. generally perceived experienced expensive products, when compared to conventional alternatives.
