The results showed that of the study population (restrictors) reported mean energy intake (2042.7 kcal), calcium mg/day) and vitamin D (1.71 1.59 µg/day) below adequate level (AI) lower than non-restrictors estimated intakes (p<0.01). conclusion this is high percentage lactating women consume diet nutritional recommendations during stage. It recommended health professionals should inform these mothers about correct dietary habits period.
