摘要: Abstract The secondary laticifer in the phloem of rubber tree are a specific tissue differentiating from vascular cambia. number laticifers is closely related to productivity Hevea . Factors involved mechanical wounding-induced differentiation were analyzed by using paraffin section, gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS), and Northern-blot techniques. Dehydration wounded bark tissues triggered burst hydrogen peroxide, abscisic acid, jasmonates up-regulated expression HbAOSa , which was associated with strictly limited area. Application exogenous methyl jasmonate, polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000) could induce differentiation, respectively. Moreover, 6-Benzylaminopurine, synthetic cytokinin, enhanced jasmonate-induced differentiation. However, dehydration-induced inhibited acid. Diphenyleneiodonium chloride (DPI), inhibitor NADPH oxidase, effective inhibiting accumulation peroxide as well upon dehydration. It blocked but not results suggested stress signal pathway mediating wound-induced tree.
