摘要: Background: To investigate the effect of polyacrylate polyalcohol copolymer (Vantris) injection for correction VUR in children according to ureteral orifice shape and grade. Materials Methods: Forty (29 girls 11 boys) with 61 renal refluxing units (RRU) primary underwent endoscopic their reflux, using Vantris. Under general anesthesia, routine cystoscopy was performed configuration dynamic hydro distention grade were determined. The technique STING, HIT or a combination them. Ultrasound scan one 3 months after radionuclide cystography (RNC) operation. Results: mean volume injected Vantris 0.62 cc. Reflux corrected 52 (85.2%) RRU single this equates reflux 37 40 patients. No significant correlation observed between rate. Conclusions: Our results showed that there no success rate surgery short term.
