摘要: Hybrid hydrogels of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), containing two different amounts of CoFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles (50% and 70% in relation to the quantity polymer) as crosslinkers, were prepared. The hybrid chemically and morphologically characterized their viscoelastic properties swelling degrees analyzed. tested controlled drug delivery systems by applying one static alternating fields. The application fields (AMF) hybrid hydrogels induced a higher release methylene blue (MB), used model drug, than without any field, especially at low frequency (4 Hz) high intensity (0.5 T). In contrast, when exposed field (SMF) MB was slowed down. Furthermore nanoparticles induce responses field. greater number of nanoparticles CMC-NP-70 hydrogel leads formation some NPs clusters limiting release; conversely, CMC-NP-50 hydrogel, containing lower amount nanoparticles, shows vs. time. conclusion, we were able get potential system for modulation delivery: release behaviour can be modulated and static cyclically. A possible explanation release mechanism is about structural modification polymeric chains that occurs are exposed fields.
