摘要: A 50 nm-thick Co film has been grown either on the free surface (surface roughness, ∼6 nm) or wheel-side ∼147 of Co84.55Fe4.45Zr7B4 amorphous ribbons. comparative study giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) effect and its field sensitivity (η) in uncoated Co-coated ribbons is presented. We show that presence coating layer enhances both GMI ratio η Larger values for are achieved sample with coated ribbon surface. The enhancement originates mainly from reduction stray fields due to irregularities enhanced magnetic flux paths closure. These findings provide good guidance tailoring surface-modified soft ferromagnetic use highly sensitive sensors.
