摘要: The effect of tryptone, yeast extract, Tween 80 and initial pH on the production enterocin 1146 lactocin D, two bacteriocins produced by lactic acid bacteria, was studied in a basal buffered medium (tryptone-yeast extract-tween, TYT) using factorial experiments empirical modelling. Production affected pH, extract to lesser degree, medium. On basis predictions models developed, three TYT media (TYT10, TYT11 TYT30) were designed maximize bacteriocin while minimizing amount peptides Growth Enterococcus faecium DPC (enterocin 1146), Lactococcus lactis subsp. biovar diacetylactis 3286 (lactocin D) Lact. cremoris LMG2130 (lactococcin A) compared seven other culture (Elliker broth, M17, M17 dialysate, MRS, tryptose phosphate, tryptone glucose Lemco broth). Bacteriocin comparable with that which had higher peptide content. TYT30 allowed good D proved acceptable for all strains tested.
