摘要: Abstract Hydrogen has been regarded as the most promising clean and renewable energy. Beside production of hydrogen, separation hydrogen is also an import issue before it can be used in fuel cells. Membrane-based technologies have gained considerable attentions due to its high efficiency low energy consumption. Zeolite imidazolate framework (ZIF) membranes drawn intense interest their zeolite-like properties such permanent porosity, uniform pore size exceptional thermal chemical stability. It rather challenged prepare well-intergrown Co-based zeolitic frameworks (ZIFs) on porous α-Al2O3 tubes since ZIFs prefer form crystals synthesis solution than grow membrane layer support surface. In this work, we report preparation high-quality ZIF-9 with H2/CO2 selectivity excellent stability by using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) a covalent linker modify tube. Due formation bonds between APTES ZIF-9, nutrients are bound surface, thus promoting growth dense phase-pure thin thickness about 4.0 μm. The gas performances were evaluated single permeation mixture H2/CO2, H2/N2 H2/CH4, respectively. factors 21.5, 8.2 14.7, respectively, which far exceeds corresponding Knudsen coefficients. Moreover, as-prepared exhibits at relatively broad range operating temperature, beneficial for industrial application or further reactor.
