摘要: SUMMARY The presence of histiocytes in the epidermal and dermal infiltrate mycosis fungoides was observed histochemically by revealing a diffuse pattern acid alpha-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) activity cytoplasm, immunohistochemically demonstrating histiocyte-specific‘enzymes', lysozyme, alpha-1-antitrypsin alpha-1-antichymotrypsin. Histiocytes may be involved antigen processing interaction with T lymphocytes.
