摘要: Differentiation between bone marrow-derived lymphocytes (B cells), thymus-derived (T and histiocytes has been achieved in tissue sections through utilization of known differences cell membrane receptors. Sheep erythrocytes (E) were coated with either IgG or IgM antibody (A) to form EA. EA was incubated mouse complement (C) EAC. Cryosections layered 1gM EAC, EA, lgG subpopulations mononuclear cells could be distinguished from one another by the adherence nonadherence these reagents.
