摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses receptors for immune complexes on lymphocytes. The discovery that lymphocytes can be grouped into subpopulations (B and T lymphocytes) with specific properties functions has been firmly established, opened the way to new investigations. Membrane complement have detected through binding of sheep erythrocytes sensitized antibody complement, leading formation rosettes seen counted under microscope. also some aspects interaction between complexes, use membrane in detection, identification, isolation B lymphocytes, possible participation cell induction response vivo . Finally, study mechanism may relevance several important areas immunological research as well understanding mechanisms disease. Further insights derive from experiments test directly hypothesis, certain structural composition play a central role triggering diverse functions.
