摘要: The present invention relates to delayed release oral formulations comprising active ingredients and modified proteins used as excipients. have chemical modifications such succmylation, deammation, glytarylation or phosphorylation which decrease the isoelectric point of protein compared protein's native enhance protem-protem interactions, thereby reducing solubility swelling, delaying ingredient when formulation is ingested orally. Particularly, tablets that comprise an excipient chemically-modified food soy -lactoglobulm useful for a pharmaceutical drug probiotic.
