摘要: Abstract In this present study, the combined effects of intense laser field and applied electric on nonlinear optical absorption refractive index change in Ga 1 − x N y As / GaAs double quantum wells are theoretically investigated within framework compact density matrix approach iterative method. The energy eigenvalues their corresponding eigenfunctions calculated effective mass approximation envelope wave function approach.
