摘要: A method of making a derivatized aminoglycoside includes reacting an with at least 2 equivalents divalent metal ion in aprotic solvent to complex two neighboring amino group and hydroxyl pairs; the non-complexed groups protecting reagent provide groups; removing unprotected one reactive substance containing linker, carrier, or label; groups. This can be used produce novel compounds reagents.
