摘要: It is recognized that Perilla frutescens L. (PfL) are useful for various diseases, including allergic disorders. To evaluate whether the PfL extract have potential in alleviating oxidant and inflammatory process, some vitro antioxidant assays vivo DNFB-induced atopic assay were investigated. Extracts of potent anti-oxidant activity by DPPH or FRAP assay. By treatment high temperature / pressure extraction process seed, was increased. Using a mouse animal model, we found reduces ear thickness epithelial thickening infiltration immune cells inhibition. Collectively, present results suggest can be used as an and/or anti-inflammatory biomaterial, should proved to on mechanistic study development functional food.
