摘要: The process of sporulation in fungi is a complex interaction, subject area that has fascinated scientists for many years. Yet been difficult to investigate from biochemical and ultrastructural points view. Several factors handicap investigations sporulation. One factor the initiation not always predictable, as compared germination which can be initiated synchronized or nearly usually by adding water, specific nutrient, activation. Sporulation involves nutrition, light, inhibitors, stimulators, other environmental conditions. Often these multiple interact. Because nature process, less information available than spore germination. Some investigators(1) are studying antisporulation chemicals order prevent plant pathogens.
