摘要: Abstract A standardized dip-and-read test for the detection of ketone bodies is described. This simplified nitroprusside has a reading time only 15 sec. The value in assessing severity human ketosis since it can be used to determine level both urine and serum. Testing from small experimental animals testing cow's milk early bovine are easily accomplished with stick test. sensitivity reactivity appear same all body fluids studied. Data presented which establish accuracy, reliability, utility as tool scientific investigations.
