Evaluation of Nootropic Activity of Limonia acidissima Against Scopolamine-induced Amnesia in Rats.

摘要: Objectives The present study aimed to evaluate the nootropic activity of Limonia acidissima in rats. Materials and methods Methanolic extract was used activity, piracetam (200 mg/kg, i.p.) as a standard, scopolamine (1 induce amnesia. effect drugs on learning memory rats evaluated by using Y-maze task elevated plus maze scopolamine-induced amnesia models.
