摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews ternary R–M–Ge systems that have been studied over the entire concentration region but only partly investigated. The character of interaction in these varies, and major differences are seen number germanides observed within investigated range. describes structure types crystal chemistry (quaternary) rare-earth metals. known structures belong to 135 types. As R Ge components with much different crystallochemical properties, deciding factor affects formation, composition, is nature third component systems. main reason for formation a large compounds (M = s or d element) presence significantly properties.
