摘要: Abstract Over 100 new equiatomic ternary rare earth (R)-transition metal (T) silicides, germanides and gallides were synthesized structurally analysed either by evaluating powder diffraction photographs or in the case of ScRhSi, ScPtSi, YNiSi, ScRuGe PrPtGe refining single-crystal data. The hexagonal ZrNiAl type, an Fe2P-type derivative, was found for ScRuSi ScTGe (T ≡ Ru, Rh, Pd, Os). orthorhombic TiNiSi a PbCl2-type assigned to RRhGa (R Er, Y), RPdGa La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Tm, Lu, Y, Sc), RIrGa RPtGa Yb, RRhSi ScPdSi, RIrSi RPtSi RRhGe RIrGe Sc) RPtGe Sc). CeCu2 which is related TiNiSi, R(Pd0.5Ge0.5)2 Y) R(Pt0.5Ge0.5)2 Nd) where palladium platinum germanium atoms are arranged at random on copper sites. tetragonal LaPtSi ThSi2-type Gd), LaIrGe LaPtGe.
