摘要: Cooking oil fumes have been suggested to increase the risk of lung cancer in Chinese women by exposing them mutagenic substances. We investigated association between and locally made rapeseed linseed oils a population-based case-control study Gansu Province, China. Two hundred thirty-three incident, female cases diagnosed from 1994-98 were identified. A control group 459 was selected census lists frequency matched on age prefecture. Interviewers obtained information cooking practices use. The odds ratio (OR) for associated with ever-use oil, alone or combination 1.67 (95% CI 1.0-2.5), compared use alone. ORs stir-frying either 15-29, 30 > =31 times per month 1.96,1.73, 2.24, respectively (trend, P=0.03), relative lower stir-frying. Lung risks also increased total number years P<0.09). Women exposed appeared be at cancer, there some evidence that may contributed risk.
