摘要: An optimization concept of the various machining parameters for plasma arc cutting procedures on AISI 316 stainless steel conducting a hybrid method has been carried out. A new composition response surface methodology and grey relational analysis coupled with principal component proposed to evaluate estimate effect responses. The major responses selected these analyses are kerf, chamfer, dross, roughness material removal rate, corresponding concentrated this study feed current, voltage torch height. Thirty experiments were conducted workpiece materials based face-centered central composite design. experimental results obtained applied in analysis, weights evaluated by further using method. show that grade was significantly affected directly as well some interactions. This is straightforward easy operability, have also established running confirmation tests. premise attributes beneficial knowledge managing enhance preciseness machined parts cutting.
