摘要: Industrial surveys shows that manufacturing companies define the qualities of thermal removing process based on dimension and physical appearance cuttin g material surface. Therefore, roughness surface ar ea cut by plasma arc cutting rate removed manual machine was importantly considered. Plasma cutter Selco Genesis 90 used to Standard AISI 1017 Steel 200 mm x100 x 6 manually selected parameters setting. The mater ial removal (MRR) measured determining weight specimens before after process. r oughness (SR) analysis conducted using Mitutoyo CS-3100 determine average value (Ra).
