摘要: The combination of enzymolysis compound enzyme, oxidation sodium hypochlorite, and cationic etherification 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CHPTMA) was selected for the functionalization rice starch (RS) to better raise performances. results showed that could improve acid alkali resistance RS, enhanced its thermal stability. crystalline structure RS an A-type, enzymolysis, oxidation, did not change structural type, while crystallinity degree derivatives all reduced. altered pasting properties effectively decrease setback breakdown RS. hypochlorite only damaged particles containing no micropores, but also destroyed micropores. more seriously region than etherification. increase enthalpy whereas decreased change. In addition, lead evident in average size able adsorption Cu2+ on low slightly ameliorate . PRACTICAL APPLICATION: Cationic oxidized microporous as adsorbent, slow-release agent, flocculant will be well used food, medicine, pesticide, papermaking, waste water treatment, so owing abundant anionic groups, groups small particle narrow range.
