摘要: Antibodies to adenosine-5′-monophosphate were produced in rabbits by injecting a conjugate of the nucleotide (oxidized with periodate) bovine serum albumin. Nucleotide-specific antibodies isolated affinity chromatography on oligoadenylic acids/agarose column. Pure immunoglobulin G obtained gel filtration Sephadex G-200. These antibodies, as analyzed double diffusion react adenosine 5′-monophosphate-bovine albumin, slightly inosine-5′-monophosphate and not at all other conjugates. The association constants for adenosine-5′-monophosphate-antibody complex formation dialysis equilibrium fluorescence measurements, are good agreement.
