摘要: Abstract The purposes of these studies were to produce a small animal model arterial thrombosis for study novel antithrombotic agents, validate simple temperature index occlusive thrombosis, and describe the composition thrombus. Small thermocouple transducers fabricated from readily available materials. A was inserted under carotid artery anesthetized rat vessel recorded continuously. Arterial injury induced by FeC13 solution applied topically above thermocouple. To relationship between thrombotic occlusion temperature, blood flow velocity, proximal injury, simultaneously. Temperature decreased rapidly when velocity averaged 24 ± 12 percent control did not differ zero within 20 sec. In normal vessels, average decrease significantly until fixed stenosis diameter 78 percent. Average time (TTO), signaled abrupt inflection, ranged 56 4 min 14 1 after 10 65 application respectively. Vessel segments at various times exposure examined scanning electron microscopy. Endothelial damage observed associated with thrombus composed activated platelets, fibrin strands entrapped erythrocytes. results demonstrate that dose-dependently formation an mixed indexed monitoring rapid in rat.
