摘要: Abstract The presence of two phenotypic expressions the S f allele in almond has raised question their possible interaction. As a consequence, several seedlings with homozygous genotype were obtained order to combine forms same genotype: active form ( fa ) inducing self-incompatibility, and inactive fi self-compatibility. seedling was determined by PCR amplification genomic DNA universal specific primers phenotype pollen tube growth. results showed full self-incompatibility genotypes as result recognition any kind or style, where -RNase is produced due allele. These confirm allelism series alleles that mutation stylar part haplotype led self-compatibility form. style confirms does not always ensure almond, also observed other Prunus species. This fact must be taken into account when designing future crosses breeding programmes.
