摘要: Abstract Self-incompatible Prunus species show a gametophytic self-incompatibility system, but self-compatibility is an interesting horticultural trait in these fruit tree species. Self-compatibility has recently attracted particular attention since molecular approaches have been applied to the elucidation of interacting pollen–pistil mechanism and identification genes involved pistil–pollen recognition. Both mutations S-RNase gene expressed pistil SFB pollen reported explain breakdown incompatibility system Prunus. Stylar-part revealed that ribonuclease activity S-RNases required inhibit growth shown different levels for some S-RNases. The observed cultivars be due defective S-function, such as sweet cherry, apricot, Japanese apricot peach. Breakdown also associated with affecting modifier unlinked S-locus, plum, almond. Additionally, double phenotypic expression same S-genotype cherry nature only identified few cases, including deletions, insertions, shift and, more recently, epigenetic alterations.
