摘要: Treatment of pancreatic collections has experienced great progress in recent years with the emergence alternative minimally invasive techniques comparing to classic surgical treatment. Such have been shown improve outcomes morbidity vs The endoscopic drainage is noteworthy. advent ultrasonography crucial for treatment these specific lesions. They can be characterized, their relationships neighboring structures evaluated and guided by this technique clearly improved compared conventional drainage. Computed tomography choice characterize recently published new classification collections. For reason, radiologist’s role establishing classifying a rigorously manner according nomenclature essential making therapeutic decisions. Ideal scenario comprehensive would those centers ultrasound interventional radiology expertise together hepatobiliopancreatic surgery. This review describes different types collections: acute peripancreatic fluid collection, pseudocysts, necrotic collection walled-off necrosis; indications contraindications drainage, outcomes. integrated management type evolution time discussed.
