摘要: Beans and legumes are inexpensive a common food all over the world. Typically high in fibre , calcium, iron, beans also great source of protein. In perspective increasing protein production world, strategies allowing maintained yield should be preferred. Legumes generally chickpea (Cicer arietinum) particularly is supposed to recalcitrant difficult manipulate vitro cultures. However, selection right explants appropriate range different concentrations auxin cytokinin resulted appreciable good response embryonic development. Present investigation attempted obtain plant regeneration from callus induced types identified role commercially available yielding growth regulator milieu culture medium on induction ability. An efficient reliable protocol for micropropagation Cicer arietinum was established. It concluded that immature embryo best frequency obtained multiplication medium. studies showed with 1.0 µg/ml IAA Kinetin maximum concentration observed grown (10.68 µg/ml) (6.7 µg/ml). This might promising towards future research micro-propagation can applied large scale selected germplasm having properties.
