摘要: SCN- is one of the most important anions in metabolic processes. However, investigation living systems restricted by lack stable functional molecular tools. Herein, first fluorene-based polymer fluorescent probe V1 was synthesized through rational design. Compared with small molecule probes, exhibited excellent fluorescence stability bovine serum albumin (BSA) solution. Furthermore, V1-based paper sensor highly selective toward aqueous Significantly, these merits enable detection different cell lines and zebrafish.
