摘要: Theoretical analysis on the electromagnetic field properties in vicinity of noble metal nanostructures is presented. The study done basis numerical simulation using Finite Difference Time Domain approach. systems under consideration are two- and three-dimensional arrays composed gold or silver nanoparticles. near intensity distribution its enhancement calculated for structures with different characteristics – particle size, inter-particle distance, at conditions related to incident irradiation polarization, geometry excitation. This used definition some optimal parameters such from viewpoint application Surface Enhancement Raman Spectroscopy (SERS). It shown that manipulation excitation nanoparticle system could be as a crucial parameter improving efficiency classical configuration SERS. predicted influences signal confirmed experimentally.
